Obtaining a Return Authorization Number:
If you wish to return a product for any reason, you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA). To obtain an RMA number, fill out and submit an RMA request form.

An RMA number is valid for 30 calendar days from issue date. Products returned
with an expired RMA number will be refused and returned to customer at
customers expense. No returns of any type will be accepted without an RMA
number and all returns must be shipped via a common carrier (i.e. UPS,
Airborne, FedEx). Tracking information is required. SuperiorTonerAndInk.Com
reserves the right to refuse any return that is not 100% complete, in resaleable
condition, packaging has not been damaged or defaced, includes original
packing material, manuals, blank warranty cards and other accessories provided
in the original box.

Unopened non-defective returns being returned for credit or replacement
must be completed within 30 calendar days from the invoice date. You will
be responsible for the return shipping of non-defective products. Click

Opened non-defective returns being returned for credit or replacement are
subject to a 20% restocking fee and must be completed within 30 calendar
days from the invoice date. Items must be in as-new condition, in original
packaging with the packing slip, all warranty cards, manuals and accessories.
Toner cartridge sealer must be intact and not removed. There will be an
additional $5.00 re-boxing fee for products returned in a damaged box.
You will be responsible for the return shipping of non-defective products.

What if the product I received is defective?
We stand by the high quality of our products. All defective products may
be returned within 12-months of purchase date for a replacement or refund.
If part of a product is defective, please return the whole product, including
all manuals and accessories, in the original packaging. On all defective
items, you will not be charged any restocking fees or any additional shipping
charges. Upon receiving your request for return (RMA), the customer will
be responsible for the return shipping of defective products. Toner cartridges
must be at least 40% full and ink cartridges must be at least 70% full
at time of receipt to qualify for credit or replacement. A printout showing

NOTE: Estimated print yields are not a guarantee of minimum life and are not
covered under warranty or return policy, but are provided to assist in
supplies planning. Actual usage should be used to establish the life of
the supply product in each end user's specific application. Many factors,
such as print coverage per page, paper type and size, model type and environmental
conditions can affect supply life.
